Performers

$500. $300 when we shake hands and receive your submission, $200 when the run finishes.

Two halves, doing two different jobs. First we buy from the library you already have, because the site needs something on it and yours is sitting on a drive earning nothing. Then you post — and that is the half that builds you an audience, which is the only reason any of this is worth your time. It is also why most of the money lands before you have made anything new.

What a $500 deal looks like

The library

Around thirty pieces you already have — roughly two videos for every five photos, and please do not get a calculator out. Already shot, already edited, already sitting there.

The run

Two posts a week for six weeks. Library work, new work, whatever you have that morning. Fresh always beats filed. Hotter means fewer pieces. Undressed is worth more, so it takes less of it — cut the count by about a third and we are square. Interactive video, you talking to whoever is watching, is worth the most and is the one we actually want.

Six weeks is the floor, not the finish. The people who do well here are the ones still posting in month four, when there is finally somebody to post at. Keep going and we keep building your audience. Nobody has ever had to talk us into a second deal.

We are flexible about basically all of this

Mix it however you want. We can settle the shape of a deal in about two messages — tell us what you have and what you are up for, and we will come back with something built around that rather than making you fit ours. Long on photos and short on video? Fine. Want to skip the library and just start posting? Also fine, it is a different number. Got an idea we have not thought of? Best outcome of the three.

If we like what you do, we will make it work.

Nobody is grading you

Stop wherever you like. Plenty never go past “fully dressed and getting away with it” and do very nicely, because suggestive done well beats explicit done lazily every time. Nothing here is required and we will never ask twice.

Girl next door is great. Tattooed goth is exactly as great. We are not curating a type, we are curating a tag list — so tag it properly. An untagged photo is a photo in a drawer.

Be cool. Have fun. Get paid.

We are taking you on faith. Post like you mean it and the last $200 goes out without a conversation. Mail it in and you still get paid — we said $500, we will send $500. We do keep a small downgrade button back here, though. It takes no money off you; it takes you off the front page and down the directory, which was the entire point of being here. We trust you. We are just not idiots.

About 60% of a deal can come from work you already have. The rest is you posting. We are not buying a hard drive off you and then never speaking to you again.

No exclusivity. Keep posting everywhere you already post — we would think less of you if you stopped.

How To Get In

  1. Ask for a code. Button below. Two minutes, no interview, nobody rings you.

Asking is not an agreement and it is not a job offer. It starts a review, and that is all it does. Nothing is owed by either of us until there is something signed.
  2. Show us two things that look like your work. Not your best two — your most representative two. Links are fine, and links are better: we would rather look at them where they already live than hold copies of them.

They do not go anywhere. Not posted, not published, not shown to anybody, and nothing of yours appears on this site until your application is accepted and you have agreed the terms in writing. That order never changes.
  3. We read it, and we come back either way. There are two answers and you will get one of them.

Yes, there is a paid slot. You get a brief — one page, plain English, what you deliver and what we pay for it. Say yes, send us the first part, and $300 goes out. The last $200 lands when the run finishes.

Not right now. Sometimes the paid slots are simply full. Your code still works, so post whatever you want and tag it #review for consideration when one opens — and you still get every bit of the promotion. Your name, your handles and your links travel with your work exactly the same as anybody else's. That part was never the paid half.

If it takes us more than a week, chase us. That means something went wrong at our end, not yours.

Twenty founding slots. After that it’s still a good deal — just not this one.
